Day Three

Feel so sick today. Having the Flu + this challenge is a bit rough. Usually I would live on vegemite and herbal teas but I can’t as I didn’t factor them into my budget. What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger? Kind of sick of feeling dizzy - been dizzy for 12hours now, lack of caffeine and sugar does play a huge part in this.

Day Three: Breakfast

Day Three: Breakfast

Breakfast - Day Two

Half Cup Oats - $0.08 Green Tea - $0.18 Half Apple - $0.29

Total cost of breakfast = $0.55

Day Two

Day Two and my body is really missing the caffeine - no headaches yet but despite being exhausted I couldn’t sleep last night and despite having been awake for 3 hours I still feel in that “just woken up” haze.

Day Two: Breakfast

Half an apple
Half Cup Oats
Green Tea

Half an apple Half Cup Oats Green Tea

I am worried about the large percentage of my diet being carbs

Normally I would factor this into exercising regime, however, as I will only be consuming approx 500 calories a day it may not be advisable to increase exercise due to low energy intake.

Day One - Lunch

This is a 1/2 serve of Mi Goreng
A full serve is too large
Normally I would add some Bok Choy to this

Not having a coffee this morning was hard. Wishing I had planned differently to allow for caffeine hits
